My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room, though needing an upgrade, was comfortable and had a mini fridge, which was convenient. However, the smell of sewage was off-putting. The service was a mixed bag - while some staff members were accommodating and pleasant, others invaded our privacy despite the 'do not disturb' sign. The plethora of entertainment options on-site was fantastic for families, but the dining experience fell short of expectations in terms of options and value for money.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered a nice balcony view of the indoor pools with a fun basketball waterfall but were on the smaller side and lacked enough electric outlets. The king bed was extremely firm, not to my preference. However, the wide open lobby, adult pool, and open bar were impressive.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were a bit loud compared to newer hotels, but they were clean and smelled good. However, being in the Holidome area made it very noisy until 11 PM. The service was accommodating and cheerful, although they were too busy to monitor the snack tables. The location was great for families with kids but noisy due to the nearby recreation area. The dining experience was excellent with plenty of choices and good value. The facilities were decent overall.
